UTME Candidates (100‑Level Entry)

JAMB Score: Minimum 195 in the 2025 UTME.

O’Level Credits: At least 5 credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.).

LASU as First Choice: You must have chosen LASU as your first-choice institution in your JAMB application.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2025.

No Post-UTME Exam: LASU has officially withdrawn its Post-UTME exam for 2025. Instead, applicants will complete an online screening form.


  • Screening Fee & Period:

  Fee: 5000 for indigene and 15,000 for non indigene 

 Registration window: starts June 30, 2025, closes July 26, 2025.

 


  • Direct Entry (DE) Candidates (200‑Level Entry)

In addition to the UTME requirements:

Possess an ND, NCE, HND, OND, OND, JUPEB, or equivalent qualification recognized by JAMB.

Must have chosen LASU as first choice in the DE form and uploaded O’Level results on JAMB CAPS.

Must score a minimum of 195 in JAMB DE (where applicable).

Age requirement remains 16 years+.

Submit online screening and pay the sum of money 5000 for indigene and 15000 for non indigene via the LASU portal.


  • Additional Notes

Pre-Degree Students: Those from LASU Pre-Degree Studies (PDS) are eligible if they:

  1. Completed the programme,

  2. Scored at least 195 in UTME,

  3. Chose LASU as first choice ([micplustech.com][6]).


Indigene Verification: Lagos State indigenes must verify status through LASU’s Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee to be considered.

Cut-Off May Vary by Course: Although 195 is the general cut-off, competitive programs like Medicine, Law, Engineering, and Nursing may have higher departmental cut-offs.
